We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This page explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work on vintagio.it.
Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are buying as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to give any reason, under the Italian Consumer Code.
2. Our extended returns policy: 30 days
We offer a longer return window than the legal minimum: you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return. To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn and unused, retain any tags and the original packaging, and be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to request a return
To start a return, write to us at vintagiobags@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for your request. We will send you instructions on how and where to ship the parcel. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damage and problems with your order
Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the situation and find a solution.
5. Authenticity Guarantee
Every item sold by VINTAGIO is authenticated by our team before sale. If an independent authentication service were to determine that an item you purchased is not authentic, we offer a full refund, with no time limit. Further details on our Authenticity page.
6. Exceptions and non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards, unless otherwise stated. If you have any doubt about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate new purchase.
8. Refund times and methods
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected the return, letting you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to register the transaction.
