This site is operated by VINTAGIO ("we", "us" or "our"). By visiting vintagio.it and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms"), including the conditions and policies referred to in this document. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services.

VINTAGIO selects and resells vintage and pre-owned luxury bags and accessories, authenticated by our team before sale according to the process described on the Authenticity page. As these are used items, some pieces may show normal signs of wear consistent with their age and condition, indicated in the product description.
3. General conditions of use
By using the site you declare that you are of the minimum age required by the law of your country of residence to enter into a binding contract, or that you have the consent of the person exercising parental responsibility. You may not use the site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor transmit viruses or malicious code. Breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of access to the Services. As these are largely unique or limited-quantity pieces, product availability may change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time. We endeavour to represent the colours and details of products faithfully in our photographs, but we cannot guarantee that your device's monitor reproduces them perfectly accurately.
6. Orders and payments
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error or availability issues. Please provide complete and accurate billing and contact information so that we can correctly complete the transaction.

You undertake not to publish unlawful, defamatory, offensive content or content infringing the rights of third parties. We are not responsible for content published by users.
