Sell it yourself on our site
Your bag stays yours: we list it for sale on vintagio.it, in the Your bags collection. It takes a little longer, but you usually earn more.
- We agree the price together. The bag is listed at the agreed price plus 15%.
- You ship us the bag tracked and insured, following the instructions we send you.
- We check it, photograph it and list it for 90 days from the day we receive it.
- When it sells you receive the agreed price minus 15%, by bank transfer within 30 days of delivery to the buyer.
Example: agreed price €1,000 → listed at €1,150 → you receive €850. Read all the conditions.
Follow everything from your account
Once you send the form, My account shows the status of your offer, any extra photos we need and the offer to accept. Your orders and shipments are there too.
Which bags we accept
Which bags do you accept?
Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Fendi, Gucci, Dior, Prada, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Saint Laurent. They must be authentic and in at least fair condition. We also accept pieces with visible signs of wear, as long as the structure is intact.
What we don’t accept
Replicas and copies of any quality. Bags with serious structural damage, mould or persistent odours. Brands outside the luxury segment. If in doubt, send us the photos anyway: we’ll tell you straight away.

Which option is best for me?
If you want to be paid straight away and close the sale in a few days, sell it to us. If you’re in no hurry and want to earn more, sell it yourself on our site. Our valuation tells you what we can offer in both cases.
Is the valuation free?
Yes, always and with no obligation.
How do you set the price?
We look at real sales over recent months for that model, in that condition, with that set of accessories. Not the prices other sellers ask, but the prices bags actually sold for.
When do I get paid?
If you sell it to us, as soon as we have received and checked the bag. If you sell it yourself on our site, by bank transfer within 30 days of delivery to the buyer, after the period in which the buyer can return it.
What if the bag doesn’t sell in 90 days?
You can extend, receive our purchase offer or have it back. Return shipping is at your expense unless agreed otherwise.
Is my bag safe with you?
Yes. We look after it with the utmost care and, in case of loss or damage while it is with us, we pay you the amount you would have received from the sale.
Can I sell several bags at once?
Yes. If you have a whole collection or are clearing a wardrobe, write to us and we’ll organise everything in one go.
