Processing times

Orders are generally processed and handed to the courier within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

2. Destinations we serve

We ship within Italy, to all European Union countries, and to a selection of international destinations: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. For destinations not listed here, please contact us before placing your order to check availability.

 

3. Couriers and tracking

Every shipment is handed to a tracked courier and, where available, insured against loss or damage in transit. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as it is available.

 

4. Indicative delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the courier used, and are shown at checkout where available. These are estimates: delays caused by the courier or by events outside our control are possible.

 

5. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders, to every destination we serve. No shipping charge is added at checkout.

 

6. International shipments, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price. Free shipping covers transport only.

 

7. Loss or damage

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at vintagiobags@gmail.com: we will open an investigation with the courier and keep you updated on the outcome.
